CARE WITH ADDRESSING ORDERS
Garra Esportes will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.
ABSENT RECIPIENT
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. In Brazil, delivery people make three attempts to deliver products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, the recipient of the package will have to pick it up at the post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the package does not pick it up, according to the post office rules, the package will be discarded and there will be no possibility of a refund. In Europe, delivery people will only stop by once. If there is no one to receive the package, they will leave a notification to pick up the product at the nearest post office.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Garra Esportes is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to the Post Office's rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and will need to pay a new shipping fee of 70 reais or 15 euros (shipping cost + postage fee) to resend the product.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order has been processed and payment has been received, the next steps are: picking, packing and shipping. This process usually takes about 2-5 business days.
DEADLINE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT AND TRACKING CODE
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered during the purchase within 7 business days after your order has been processed. To track your order, simply go to the tracking page on our website and paste the tracking code that you receive in your email.

As it is an international order, for tracking to be available on the Post Office website, the product must be moved and for this reason, it takes around 5 to 10 business days for the product tracking to be visible.
DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks after the order is dispatched. However, adverse factors such as delays in clearance by the Federal Revenue Service, postal strikes, impossibility of delivery due to weather conditions or risk areas, national holidays may add a few days to the delivery of the product. However, most of our customers are receiving their order within 14 calendar days.
ORIGIN
Our products are imported from the United States, Europe and Asia.
There are situations where the delivery of an order may be made in two or more shipments, as the products may be sent from different suppliers. In this case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
SHIPPING METHODS
Products are always delivered by the Post Office, however, in some cases such as the recipient being absent, a region with delivery limitations or even an incorrect address, the customer may have to collect the product from the agency closest to their home.
If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. Please pay extra attention when filling in the address. If there is an error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible.
The Post Office will make three delivery attempts. If they are unable to complete the delivery, the product will be available for collection at the nearest branch for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender.
IMPORT AND CUSTOMS FEES (BRAZIL)
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes upon arrival in Brazil. If this occurs, these fees are 100% the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to release the order with the Post Office.
Important: Do not refuse the item. Refusal of the merchandise results in total loss of the product, which is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
AVAILABLE SHIPPING TYPES
Currently, Garra Esportes offers three shipping options, and customers can choose the one that best suits their needs at the time of purchase:
Free Shipping: Standard shipping method, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks after dispatch. Subject to possible import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Express Shipping: Faster shipping, with reduced delivery times compared to standard shipping. Customs fees may still be charged, as per Brazilian law.
