Delivery across Europe: times and tracking

Buying a football shirt online should be simple: you choose it, you pay and you know when it will arrive. Here is how each step of your order works at Garra Esportes, from the payment to your door.

Step 1: order confirmed

As soon as the payment is confirmed, your order goes into preparation. You can pay by credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer (IBAN), always through the secure Shopify checkout.

Step 2: preparation, 3 to 5 business days

Your order is checked, packed with care and handed over to the carrier within 3 to 5 business days. This is also when the name and the number of a customized shirt are applied.

Step 3: tracking code and a photo of your order

When your order is dispatched, you receive the tracking code by WhatsApp, together with a photo of your product already packed. That way you know exactly what is on its way to you.

Step 4: delivery, 7 to 15 business days

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. In busy periods, like the start of the season and the weeks before Christmas, or with holidays and carrier delays, it can take a little longer.

How to track your package

Use Track Order in the menu and enter your tracking code. If no movement shows up yet, try again in a few days: the first update can take a little while to appear.

Where we deliver and how much it costs

We deliver to Belgium and to many European countries, including Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Austria. Standard shipping is free, and the checkout always shows the delivery option for your country before you pay.

The address makes all the difference

• Street name and house number, exactly as on your mail.
• Postcode and city.
• Apartment, floor or building name, when there is one.
• A phone number you use on WhatsApp, so we can reach you.

If a package comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping fee applies to send it again. Double check before you pay.

Delivery attempts

The local carrier usually makes up to three delivery attempts. If nobody is home, the package goes to the nearest post office or pickup point, where it waits for 7 days. After that, it comes back to us.

The best way to avoid it is to check the SIZE GUIDE on the product page before ordering. Our size guide shows how to measure in two minutes. Every condition is explained in our exchange and return policy, and customized shirts are not exchanged for a change of mind.
