SHIPPING TERMS

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after purchase confirmation.

If dispatch of your order is delayed, check:

• Whether any item is on pre-order or the model needed to be changed;
• Whether the product is personalised.

If any of these situations applies, the dispatch timeframe may extend to 7 working days, as we need to prepare the items correctly.

Delivery Time:

• Europe: 9 to 15 working days.
  United States 9 to 15 working days.

Important: The delivery timeframe starts only after the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking code by email and WhatsApp within the dispatch timeframe. It allows you to follow your order from its origin to delivery.

Deliveries are made by local postal services or a carrier. In the event of absence or restrictions, the parcel may be collected from the nearest branch.

An exchange or return can be requested within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged and has its labels intact. We also accept cases where the product received differs from the order, has a manufacturing defect or an obvious personalisation error. PERSONALISED ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDED!
